TESORO by Concert

Project description

TESORO is a 17-storey luxury residence by Concert Properties on the southeast edge of False Creek, completing Concert’s six-acre master-planned community, The Creek, in Vancouver’s Olympic Village. Designed by Rafii Architects and ZGF Architects, the building’s signature curved form was shaped to connect with the waterfront and frame protected views of the water, downtown skyline, and North Shore mountains. Given its prominent position on one of the last waterfront sites in False Creek, the City required architecture of exceptional quality, and TESORO has become a recognizable landmark along the seawall.

The building offers 92 spacious homes ranging from roughly 1,176 to 2,989 square feet, with interiors by BBA Design Consultants that reinterpret classic European luxury through Italian finishes and a refined material palette. Residents enjoy club-style amenities including a fitness centre and sauna, with the seawall, waterfront parks, dining, and both the Canada Line and Expo Line SkyTrain all close at hand.

At this level of finish, even the smallest flaw stands out. DZ Deficiency supported TESORO with [scope, e.g. millwork and cabinetry detailing, stone and stainless restoration, drywall and paint touch ups], helping Concert deliver homes that met the expectations of a true luxury buyer.
