Baden Park is a master-planned community by Anthem Properties in North Vancouver, set on 6.25 acres at the corner of Lytton Street and Mount Seymour Parkway. Built in phases, the neighbourhood brings together four residential collections: Yew condominiums, Seymour and Cove townhomes, and Cypress rental apartments. Surrounded by natural green space and connected to the North Shore’s network of trails, the community was designed for residents who want an active, outdoor lifestyle within easy reach of Deep Cove, Mount Seymour, and the shoreline.

The community’s shared amenities reflect that outdoor focus, with secure bike storage, a mountain bike tune-up station, an off-leash dog area and dog wash, a children’s play area, landscaped courtyards, an on-site coffee shop, and a public art installation inspired by the area’s landscape and history.
